First IKEA Plan and Order Point in Bucharest opens at Business Garden

IKEA Romania has opened its first Plan and Order Studio in Bucharest, located in the Business Garden Bucharest complex on 159 Calea Plevnei.

Spread across 350 square meters, the new Plan and Order Point IKEA Orhideea serves as a dedicated space where customers can discover inspirational home design ideas, explore personalized furnishing solutions, and receive expert guidance to help them create their ideal home — with a special focus on kitchen and bedroom planning.

This opening comes one year after the successful launch of the concept in Constanța and is part of IKEA’s broader strategy to get closer to its customers — by offering accessible locations where they can benefit from tailored advice and design inspiration.

The new Plan and Order Point provides access to IKEA’s full range of standard services, offering complete customer experience — including space planning, interior design, delivery, on-site measurements, kitchen installation, and furniture assembly. In addition to kitchens and bedrooms, customers can also request assistance with furnishing any room in their home.

The Plan and Order IKEA Orhideea is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Products ordered at the studio can be delivered in several ways: store pickup, home delivery, or via collection points across the country.
